Nordic Preserves Fish & Wildlife Company specializes in traditional heritage foods from Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, and Sweden.
 

At our market, you will find a daily assortment of homemade herrings, cured and smoked fish such as Gravlax, Böckling,  Boston Mackerel, and Eel.

We prepare all our sauces, jams, pickles, preserves, mustards, relishes, and churned lingonberries in-house.

We cure and pot duck, elk & venison, bake hams, and hand roll our Swedish meatballs.

We have a sit-down counter in the heart of The Essex Market, fantastic for people-watching, where we serve salads, hot meals, and smoked fish plates.

And as most of you know, in addition to savory pasties and tarts, we offer an aromatic and satisfying Cardamom Cake - great with a cup of tea or a glass of red wine!
